The background
Drawing inspiration from neo-perfume houses and the DIY trend, Partisan du Sens blends the worlds of spirits and fragrance to design a playful cocktail concept tailored to Gen Z.

Much like discovering a perfume through three olfactory notes (top, heart, and base), each group can create a custom cocktail kit through a fun, educational website. Three signature elements are provided with multiple options: a core base, the foundation of this cocktail totem, paired with two aromatic essences to spray, allowing each tasting experience to be uniquely personalised.
The creation
Creatively, Partisan du Sens set out to explore volume, colour, and texture to create endless possibilities for totemic designs. Glass brings a variety of colours and finishes, crafted through multiple finishing moulds, while the label ties together the different layers, forming the branding of the concept and adding further tactile interest. Gold accents add a premium, luminous dimension to the brand. Featured on a bold, custom-designed cap, this gilding appears and disappears as the sculpture is built up or dismantled, revealing its dynamic form. Each material plays a distinctive role, yet all converge toward a unique goal: amplifying the totemic concept.
The sustainability
For Totem, we conceptualised designs that are not only infinitely refillable but also reusable. Consumers have the opportunity to upcycle their three totemic elements, enabling them to personalize and embellish their living spaces.
